1) No, for two reasons. Firstly, it helps feed the plex market. Secondly it allows the choice of lower price for real cash or higher price for Isk. Thirdly, I just transferred 3 characters so screw other people getting it cheaper!

2) No. Not only for anti-fraud, there is probably some serverside stuff that needs to be done in that 10 hours.

Because the Legacy Code has too much Psssssssssssssssh, nothing will ever get fixed until CCP stop wasting money on failed sparkle MMOs and instead rewrite the entire backend of EvE from scratch.

Not sure, I got mine transferred rather quick, under 2hours or such, Guess its the maximum period of time nobody will be at work?!

Otherwise. 2 Plex is fine. 1 Plex is something that can be used for many things which would expose character transfer. Basically you pay 1 plex for the transfer and 1 plex for what you would do otherwise anyway. At least that's how it worked in my case. If it would not have cost 2 plex I would have gotten 1 service for free.

So No.

And btw, the x reduce transfer cost thread!

See the rules:

22. Post constructively.
Negative feedback can be very useful to further improve EVE Online provided that it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. Users are also reminded that posting with a lack of content also constitutes non-constructive posting.

I donĀ“t see a constructively post. Because of that

5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.
