Reverse Engineering Issue

When trying to install a Reverse Engineering job on the item "Intact Armor Nanobot", I get a red start button, and it tells me two different things:

1) The selected team of workers does not match the selected blueprint activity"

2) The selected team of workers is not in the same solar system as the current facility

I am not seeing anywhere where there is a team of workers assigned to the job. This only is happening with this particular relic.
Again, I haven't assigned a team to this job, and don't see how this can be undone.

Also getting this issue when trying to run invention on a rig BPC.

When you are trying to install the job is there anything in the team slot on the top?

If there's a team there, just click on it to make it go away and you should be able to install the job.

I thought I would have this figured out by now, but my RE job ability with this item is still not allowing me to install. Straight

I had some hope with the known issues bug announcement on the launcher, but to no avail
