They all work fine. What kind of pvp did you have in mind?

Except for cruise missiles, every weapon system is viable for some form of PVP on some form of ship.

We need more to go on . . .

"Do not touch anything unnecessarily. Beware of pretty girls in dance halls and parks who may be spies, as well as bicycles, revolvers, uniforms, arms, dead horses, and men lying on roads -- they are not there accidentally." -Soviet infantry manual,

Ok sorry! It was a bit vague.

I fly Caldari ships.

What sort of info do you need?

What ship/race are you planning to fly? That is usually what dictates the guns you'll be using. Generally missiles are worse than other weapons for pvp since they take some time to fly to their target. Autocannons have the best tracking (or at least they used to, hybrids got buffed so I'm not sure any more), and can keep firing even if you have 0 cap, and also allow you to swap ammo types. Blasters have the highest DPS in total and alright tracking but their range is pitiful. The general rule of thumb: range and damage are inversely proportional - higher range = lower damage. Same for tracking, higher range = lower tracking. But yeah, what ships?

Caldari generally use missiles, with some ships specialising in hybrids.

OK, I take back what I wrote earlier: autocannons and arties are terrible for your current skillset. Train blasters/railguns and missiles. There are no Caldari or Gallente ships that get bonuses to projectile usage (autos and arties). With a handful of exceptions, you don't want to put off-racial weapons on a hull.

Nano-Drake with HMLs and single or dual web (depending on your preference). Although, if you're completely new to PvP, you should probably use frigs first before using BCs.

Should probably give you a fit too:

7x HML II
1x Small Neut II

1x Y-T8
1x LSE II
2x Invul II
1x WD II
1x Web

2x Nano II
2x BCU II

3x MCDFE rigs

Can fight with small gangs by yourself if you know what you're doing and makes Shield-Canes run (if in a 1 on 1 or 1 vs 2 situation).

Confirming you don't fit projectiles in Myrm or Ferox.

I run a similar fit but 1 invuln and 2 webs and a drone link aug in the utility high slot, its very effective. But yeah start in a frig and work your way up. Experience is more important then anything when learning PvP...unless you just blob everything. Kill and get killed as much as possible...you will learn something new during every engagement.

Confirming buffed = fixed.

OP you are going to want T2 Heavy Missile Launchers for a Drake and to get your Missiles skills and Battlecruiser skill to 4. After that you will want to train up Winmatar for the Hurricane and get T2 Autocannons and 720mm Artillery.

Those 2 ships are the most used in PvP period. You will get into most gangs with those. You have already seen the Nano Drake:

I checked your 3 losses on BC and I definitely think you should stick to Frigates first until you know how to properly fit a ship for PvP. I play very inconsistently at the moment because I want to finish my Master's soon and can't afford to spend a lot of time on Eve, but if you want PvP lessons you should message Morel Nova in-game and ask if he's available for a private PvP course. His courses are good and well worth the price.

For Frigs every last-tier Frig will do, and I'd suggest you skill up to the Taranis because it's hands-down the best T2 frig in the game, imo.
