Flagging Orcas used in gankings

If I'm not mistaken, neutral reppers are now flagged for pvp when repping gankers.

Why aren't those neutral Orcas that pop out ships used in gankings also flagged for pvp?

Seems very one sided. I'd love to bait out those -10 pirates who use Orcas alts.

Quite unfair that I can't shoot at it even though its clearly involved in the crime. Its like letting the get away driver in a bank robbery off free while putting the actual robbers in jail. Wheres the risk vs reward philosophy at?

As it stands now, theres no true Orca sinks in this game. They just breed like rabbits and once in a blue moon one will go down due to stupidity.

The real issue is if you loose your ship in highsec the cargo can should belong to Concord. Then you should pay to get the items returned.

High sec should have instant Concord death rays from gate guns. Dont you think the police in EVE should be the most powerful group in the Universe. Now in belts and moons and planets that would make concord a little slow but at gates you should have concord donut shops
