need to transfer 3months membership betwween accounts??

okay so i lost my main without releing it and now wish to correct that mistake and am wondering if there is a way to swap membership time for plex or something like that? i can afford 2 plex as well but i need to be able to actavate them on an account with no game time left if its possible

Should file a petition and contact Customer Support about it. I believe they will give your account a temporary 4 hr activation to apply PLEX in-game.

If you have 2 PLEX use the 'Hours for PLEX' option in account management to re-sub your main.

If you have accidentally put game time onto the wrong account, you will need to file a petition and see if the GM team can help you.

or in game press F12 and click on "Create New Support Ticket".

Under "Category" select "Payment Issues" and describe your problem.

If you happen to get a GM in a really, really good mood you might be able to get what you want, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it. I think it's against CCP's sales policy to do something like that.

You can log in to your account management for the inactive account and pick "Hours for plex" option. You will be given 4 hours of game time in order to apply a PLEX. If you fail to apply a PLEX after those 4 hours, "Hours for PLEX" option will be removed from your account and you won't be able to use it in the future.

Support Tickets are full of super helpful correct and official information, while GD is full of.. well... throw a bag of oreos into the monkey cage at a zoo.. and watch. Yeah.. GD is that, but with slightly more ballistic poo.

Yeah, the General Discussion on a community forum is definately the way to get official feedback on this.

If only there was a petition system in EVE where you could directly communicate with official GMs who are employed by CCP and can give you an official statement and help you out...if only...

Where did these helpful people in GD come from...

But yes, if you want a response from CCP the perfect place to go is as these lovely people pointed out is the petition system.

1st You don't need to make a petition. Don't waste the Gm's time or yours.

2nd You go to account management on the Eve-online site and activate "Hours For PLEX". This gives you 4 hours to purchase a PLEX in game. If you do not purchase a PLEX or game time code within that 4 hr time period your account will be disabled and you wont be able to use the "Hours For PLEX" again till you pay with real life cash, Purchase a PLEX from CCP or game time code. You do not have to have PLEX in game in order to use Hours for PLEX.

This happens all the time for me. I use PLEX in-game to pay for my account. So every month I use the Hours for PLEX. Prolly one of the best features that C.C.P. has implemented.

I missed it, I can tell you that.

Because the Legacy Code has too much Psssssssssssssssh, nothing will ever get fixed until CCP stop wasting money on failed sparkle MMOs and instead rewrite the entire backend of EvE from scratch.
