custom office and test server question

hi
i have question abaut player owned custom office, i wish to make some test with poco but almost all of them are player owned at test server because this is mirror of tq, rules of using singularity test server say if someone attack other player will be baned form test serwer, my question is; how to assemble poco in this situation or attacking someone poco at test server is not rule validation? or maybe there is another way to assemble poco at test sevver?

do it in wormhole space if you find interbus poco blow it up and put ur own one

Hadozeko has interbus pocos. 2 left. i killed one to test. was three when i did it.
