I still have the skill at 3. It's good I don't actually play EVE - or I could be angry =)

(or maybe I didn't had it at 5 at the first place? Not sure, I didn't heard about this skill before I've seen this thread - having it at 3 is a miracle already)

Thanks for the fix...even though I don't fly drone boats. The gaping hole where a full bar should be was driving me nuts.
