Hi
I live in Wh with a static to high sec. I would like the opinion of you
about how much to charge for permission to use the system's planets.

I was thinking about 30 million per month + 5% rate per character.
Only access to the planets.

Contract will be delivered via the BMs of the input and output
system via the contract at the station nearest the entrance.

Anchor POS, PVE and mining can be traded separately.

What do you think?

This idea can certainly work.

My only concern as one of your hypthetical customers is logistics. A hauler with no POS in a WH isn't exactly the safest venture.

Also, how would you keep track of the number of characters someone brings in? I could simply buy your bookmark, then just have PI toons sneak in and you may not find out until it's too late and they are crashing on your couch and eating your cheez-its in your cupboard.

Maybe allow small towers only included in the price? If I were in the market for a nice, easy PI place (no scanning needed!), I would pay your monthly fee if I could have a tower with a corp hangar just so I had a place to stash the goods.

**Wait, say I had a character in the hole and needed the exit, how would I get it? You can't contract stuff in w-space. If you simply gave it to me, then I would have the entrance anyway and wouldn't have to buy it from you. I am also assuming you would only charge me the 30mil once very 30 days for the BM and the rest would be free? Ow, my head hurts.

Just trying to help you hash out this idea!

Well to get in WH has to have some minimal skills. As per
sample probe and scanner cloacking. Without them the task would be much more
risky. Another skill would be useful but not a mandatory
transportship.

The 30kk would be my job to pay for the system to scan all
day and create contracts with BMs. Remember that the WH only lasts 24 hours and
it always has to be scanned again.

The lessee can enter several characters in the WH, it is not
problem. But only what he paid to have access to the var Office and the rate
reduce, control it via Standing. Friends would pay 5% neutral
pay 15% and enemies would be blocked. So anyone who
that breaks the rules would be set as an enemy and would not have access to
office.

We can do that also has corporate discounts, and from a
number of characters could give Permissions to put a POS at no cost
additional.
