Problem with input and output of restricted containers

So my corp keeps all its valuable BPOs in a special hanger with lots of access restrictions, understandably. Now I have a bunch of science skills and stuff so I could do some good researching them. But there's a problem. Whenever I select a BPO to research, I can access the restricted hangar, but in the Science window, the only output hangar for the researched BPO is one of the open hangars, NOT the same restricted hanger it was originally in.

It's almost as if I have somehow managed to get rights to access and take from the restricted hangar, but don't have rights to place stuff there. The other corp members have been trying to figure what's wrong for a while now (this precedes the big Industry patch).

Does anyone know what is going on here, and how to fix it?

Note, I have practically all the rights and privileges that can be granted, including Director status.

I'm not quite sure I follow...

Your BPO must be located at the POS. Office hangar access doesn't matter anymore.

You need access to POS hangars: "OTHER". You also want to configure the module for "Corporation" access on the tower "Manage" menu.

I should explain, this is all in Highsec, so no POS.

So, anyone know why I can't deposit researched BPOs into the same hangar that they are originally located in?

Prior to Crius it should not have needed an output location - it would just drop the blueprint right back where it started (in the same locked state, if the original BPO was locked) with the ME/TE improved.

I've not yet tried queuing a research job post-Crius but it may be that the UI is just tripping you up here and asking for something that should be irrelevant.

So you are trying to submit jobs at the current station where the BPO is located?

[Trying to gather all the details, so excuse if seems obvious.]
