UI not displaying properly, pretty devastating consequences

So as you can see, at a glance I have full shields, but as I hover over it I do not. The same problem is present for my capacitor, the amount it displays is inconsistent at a glance with what happens if you hover the mouse over it.

This causes huge problems during a fight naturally.
