Launcher in Offline Mode and TQ server status: unknown...

You might say "you are not online!" well I am. I am posting this. The launcher says i am offline. Prior to this about a week ago I saw a message about a digital certificate when I started EVE. I said yes to the box and since then I could no longer access EVE. Can you help?

The repair tool had no effect. I have solved the problem by deleting everything and re-installing the client. Not very convenient but it worked.
