Yes - because theft in EVE is part of the game. In fact, grief and theft are well-documented parts of the game in my opinion.

If you are taking stuff from other players by breaking rules, hacking the game, or taking someone's account is not the same thing as playing a legitimate game mechanic.

If I made a game called "Master of Theives MMO", where the main aim was to steal stuff from people, it would be unreasonable to take legal action against another player who stole from me.

Handily his website has a contact email. I was just about to send a buddy code invite, then noticed he's a chartered accountant.
