So I lost skillpoints in Interplanetary Consolidation because of a pod death. Any reason I need to retrain except if I want to destroy on site?

Update your clone

I wear my goggles at night.

Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone

What the poster above said.

I'm confused by your post but I'm guessing you got podded by another pilot. If you don't have an updated medical clone you will lose skill points. Every time your pod is destroyed update your clone. Also check to make sure you upgrade it as you get more skills.

Skill level is checked only when you deploy command center on planet so you can keep working with all planets for time being.
You will need it retrained if you destroy one site and want to put new one.
