Excellent PvP/Fleet/Wormhole Starter toon

It's just costing too much to maintain the account, PLEX being priced where it is.
Rather than let him sit idle, I thought he might serve somebody else's purposes better than mine.

In better times for Eve, he would have sold for 16b, but I will let him go right now for 15b.
