Nullsec system ownership should reset every year to encourage competition. Or vast fleets of elite [faction] should invade and attack IBU's and TCU's every so often to encourage defending one's turf rather then just being able to hold it indefinitely unchallenged. Something along those lines that makes Nullsec far more chaotic and keeps systems changing hands more often then now. This will help others that wish to move into nullsec basically.
