CCP Give us a copy and paste for contracts

Anyone who deals with contracting up many items either for selling or buying know's it's a slight pain to setup 20 separate contracts for each item. Let us "copy and paste" contracts or the ability to make duplicates so we can just make one and set up so it actually puts up like 21 instead.

Anyone else agree?

ok, I don't have the client in front of me so I can't check, but can't you already do that by opening the contract and clicking the small menu icon (i think it's in the lower left corner) and selecting "copy contract" or something like that?

Are you one of those people who also fill in the description in contracts, then need 3 hours to update 40 contracts?

I'm not even making those 3 hours up.

Seriously. Especially when you do multiple contracts of the same item, 10 contracts shouldn't take more than 2 minutes.

While you're at it, can you make private contracts... private? Right now you can type any name in the Assigned To/By box and it brings up all contracts, private and public.

You know what would really kick butt? If we could drag and drop the name of our target of the contract when it is private into the target box.

Actually no I don't even bother with those desciprtions. Although it would just be a nice little thing to have, save some time here and there.

Yes but it just pulls up the "create contract" screen, doesn't actually use any of the settings of the contract you actually clicked that button on

This works for me. Can you send a bug report from the ingame bug reporting tool (accessible through F12) with the exact details on what you're trying to do.

Can you send a bug report from the ingame bug reporting tool (accessible through F12) with information on what person you are viewing and what contracts you would expect not to see on the list?

err yeah as stated in teh thread, there already is a simillar feature.

Copy's the previous contract you made, and uses the next item in the stack (in the station where you are making the contract)

While we're at it... can we have it so the contract is considered private if you enter something a name in the private box.

I can't for the life of me understand why it complains I've not clicked private as well as entering their name... I've said who I want it to go to, quite obviously I want it private.
