Unlike most corps, we don't offer you much. Companionship, help, awards, laughs, wisdom, and ball-busting.

We don't have ship replacement programs; mining boosters; station offices; player-owned structures; or any other assets or tools.

Because of this simplicity, we offer a tax-free life; an almost complete lack of rules; and very little motivation for folks to spy, infiltrate, awox, or steal from us.

Our moral compass is a bit askew. Two rules: always help corpies, and show up at least a dozen times a month on the killboard - as killer or victim. We want blood, not efficiency. We want lulz. Tears. Stories.

Lemming your faction-fit rifter into Amamake for a laugh. Win an award and the respect of your peers.

Isk is cancer. Explosions are the cure.

A Taste of Our Culture

The following is a sampling of Decorations members can earn.

• Bang Bus - Awarded for losing a ship with 100+ exotic dancers on board.
• Loot Piñata - Awarded for losing a ship worth 1B isk (or more) in high sec.
• Cry Me a River - Awarded for posting juicy carebear tears.
• The Motivator - Awarded for placing a 100M+ bounty on a random highsec bear with no prior bounty.
• The Mayor of Boom Town - Awarded for showing up on the killboard at least once per day for a month (wins or losses are fine). All kills must be worth at least 5M ISK.
• Solitary Man - Awarded for earning at least 50 solo kills. Solo means no bumpers, no neutral reps, no NPC contributions. All kills must be worth at least 5M ISK.

Retention Policies

Being retained is very easy. Don't be a giant pain in the *ss to corp mates, don't harm corp mates (awox, steal, trick, etc), and meet our killboard quota (12 appearances per month on the killboard as victim or victor, with each destroyed ship worth 5M ISK or more) .


Recruitment Policies

Members will go through a series of titles as they earn their stripes in the corp.

New members (0-60 days) will be given the title Freshman and will retain that title until they graduate to Sophmore (61-180 days). After Sophmore comes Junior (181-365 days) and Senior (1 year+) members.

Anybody in the corp can sponsor a new applicant.

In fact, the only way to graduate from Freshman to Sophmore is to meet our quotas, not be kicked, and recruit at least one other person.

As your sponsored recruit graduates from Freshman to Sophmore, you will receive a recruiting bonus of 50M ISK per recruit.


Cash Awards

The following are weekly or monthly cash awards, given by the corp to members.

• Kill of the Week (50M, Weekly) - Best or most hilarious killboard entry
• Poddington Bear (50M, Monthly) - Most pods destroyed in high sec
• Napoleon Prize (50M, Monthly) - Best battle against larger ships (win or lose)
• Tears of the Week (50M, Weekly, Optional) - Best tears posted to corp mailing list
