Building out of a PoS

I want to do it, and I have done it before just fine. Is there a way we can get an assembly array that can produce pos modules/PoS's. I know it sounds silly to have starbases make starbases, but it is rather annoying that I have to use a public station to build them.

Or if there is already a way to do this, please tell me the proper assembly array!
