With the inclusion of the new tax, an increase on isk value, decrease in prices, increases in relative capital requirements, could it be ccp is considering or could now start to consider an ingame financial system of bonds, funds, and loans? Probably not but its an interesting consideration imo.

Could you elaborate, how A leads to B here?

It doesn't and I am not saying it does. All I am saying is that since now ccp is controlling isk then for example, since most of the history of eve loans where not needed, neither where banks, they are sort of like a fantasy since most players can figure the markets and production fast enough to build a good account. Now, I think, this is getting a little more difficult, but not really since if you consider PLEX then the whole thing is out of the question, I think PLEX is the number one source of isk for initial capital and is ccp changes this they will make less money, so yeah the whole thing is out of the question as the first reply said.

Highly unlikely.

If they attempted to do so it would probably end badly, so they are far more likely to leave it to us (the players) to set up these things.

They are also allowing us to only participate in the Jita raid once a week per character. Time to make more alts!

Though I would like to see a viable capital market in Eve, I doubt CCP is considering supporting it at this time.

Let's suppose however they were, I suspect their focus would be on making sure the system works properly and provides enough data to players that allows players to make decisions.

Any attempt to engineer assumed valuations, (and to cut to the chase that valuation is temporal and as such expressed as interest rates,) prior to the release of any such system, would be wrong.
