Same issue, with the hookbill it says 0 cap left when its actualy half full, but also happend a few times when i shieldboosted that my cap went higher instead of lower.

So, yeah its pretty much bugged.

Appears my ships are not right either. Griffin with just a cold gas AB is showing stable at 67.9% when it should be 94%. Noctis is showing 34.2% with 2 salvager 1's, 6 tractor 1's, and a sensor booster 2 running, this should be 54%. Bug report filed: 121109.

I am haveing the exact same problem. It makes my cap and shield amounts complete guesswork. i am unable to know how much cap or shield i have. This make me unable to do pretty much everything in eve.

I am having the same issue with some of my ships. A fully fitted Drake which has always been cap stable is suddenly cap unstable after the release of Crucible.

Some forum searching have hinted that this problem has been around for a while. none of the suggested fixes work for me. It is maybe motherboard realted so the only real advice i can give is stop playing eve till you get a new computer then try again.

It's not hardware related if people who didn't have this problem before Crucible are having it now without any changes to their hardware.

issues are still arround after the last patches, wonder if they realy know of this issue @ bug tracker

confirmed, hulk won't fit more than 2 strips and 1 MLU 2. not skills, 32mil SP on indy toon w/ perfect mining skills. Big big glitch... we can't use ships anymore?

Same here, excessive cap usage. I also receive audio warnings that my cap is empty, even though I have around 1/3 left.
