Yes all blueprint researching costs some ISK now. POS research however should be alot cheaper than researching in stations. Also slot restrictions have been removed from installations so you can now research more stuff than ever. Anchoring several labs should only make researching cheaper so there is some chance to get cheaper researching. Price of blueprint original effects price of researching. Its all in dev blogs.

Heads up, researching costs a LOT more now. You might want to hold onto the BPO, or sell them at a higher price.

It's not. You only pay the government tax in NPC stations - Tax in POS goes to the corp, which is great because, IIRC, you can only pay for it from corp in the first place...

I believe there are trying to model the effect of having to pay your workforce to make things and/or research. So as was mentioned earlier, this is more the end of free labor in industry (still don't have to pay your spaceship crews yet though, unlike the last Elite game I played!).

Well, there's a great new market for BPCs for one, for those that don't have the time (or cash) to either research their own BPOs or who have better things to do with their available research slots.

There should also be a decent-enough market for fully-research BPOs for some high-end items — the potential cost for maxing out some of them is pretty insane if you can't find a good spot that remains good for as long as needed.
