how about when the incursion reaches 0% infulence, the sites stop respawning and the Kundalini goes into withdrawing phase thus forcing people to kill it, this will take away the site farming and inflation we are seeing and also encourage more contest fleets and the sites will become a limited resource and not something you can farm for days on end

iv being running incursions almost 2 years with more than 1 character ..... i feel my idea is a worthy one and a noble cause to get behind

whats the use in getting incursion rich, if that richness is just inflating the cost to play the game and as noted from server numbers, eve is at an all time low of online users, something needs to be done or we are indeed a dieing game.

what use is your big pile of incursion isk when you have no one to play in the sandbox with?

As someone who lives in an Incursion constellation that gets completely shut down for the maximum duration every time the Sansha Circus comes to our town, I'm going to get behind this anti-farming measure with a solid +1 and a like for OP (to be delivered after this post is written).

The petty little children in the Incursion "communities" (if you can call infighting, backstabbing and all the other fragrant bullshit they pollute the forums with a "community") make quite enough money on their generally-safe highsec PvE without needing to spend the entire week farming it.

At the very least, if you're going to farm easy Sansha money (and with such an air of self-entitlement, too!), you should at least have to do it with Sansha overrides weakening your ships.

Sansha should also start using instalock frigs to scram and pod, but that's a totally different thread.

Leaving an Incursion up for 5 days (Hardly ever happens anymore) means you are preventing it from spawning somewhere else for those 5 days, your plan would actually cause more downtime for systems as a whole not less, not to mention the high level of influence hitting everything 'not Incursion related' as it would never be at 0% till it was over.

So in short; Yes Incursions shut down your constellation for 5 days (Not really but OK), the farming also kept it from being in your constellation for 5 days, your proposal has some flaws; Back to the drawing board.

As someone living in Low sec I think FW should be shut down because ...
As someone living in High sec I think High sec should be compeltely safe because...
As someone gaining little ISK and palying casually from time to time, I think all ISK income should be reduced because....

And giving the OP a like, though you say the opposite in part of your reply and state contradicting observations and show the same incoherent thoughts, it makes me think its your alt posting °° Saying something that sounds important and valid doesn't make it so. If either of you sit back and think about it a moment, you will notive the flaws of your views, can hardly call them arguments.

And maybe, if you get butthurt by an incursion you get some buddies together and kill it ? I don't interfere with your play style, don't interfere with others.

And btw, I make atm 30+ mil in 10 minutes running ghost sites (2 min per site) ... so don't tell me Inc ISK is high. And You can also find threads that tell you that exploration sites don't pay squat - again, personal experience.

And if you pay any notice towards official numbers, Incursion ISK is about where it is supposed to be, but yeah, a few dudes are rich, cut the source for everyone. Hmm, how about preventing trading of any kind ... that would increase versatility.

so while you ran them there were nothing bad with the farming, now that you left (or somebody kicked you out?) them nobody else should farm becouse its bad.

The devs posted a fancy graphic last fanfest which showed how much isk was generated in the game from what. Turns out ratting makes FAR more isk then incursions, so you might want to start there.

Yeah, I can see how it has nothing to do with isk making when I go & blow up the mothership as soon as it becomes available. Incursion runners make sure that we know it has nothing to do with money at all.

You seem to be completely unaware of several logical fallacies for one who's so quick to try and accuse another of them. While we're on the topic of your posts and writing style, however, I must ask if you are remotely capable of writing a post that does not attempt to mini-mod and/or insult the person you're addressing it to. @Alvatore DiMarco: Yeah might have lost it a bit there, also wasn't quite clear of when I referred to whom. Damn Summer heat is killing me. But I still think openly commenting of how you give another person a like for an obviously silly idea, yes I still believe it is, can invoke some resentment from me, the heat did the rest.
Especially, since he is making the claim and has the burdon of proof and all you said was that you are unhappy with Incursions, out of jeaoulsy and discomfort I might add, which is not an objective and therefore valid 3rd person game design observation of any feature. Btw. saying you dislike the infights, bickering etc of Incursions and the Op stating he wants more competition by cuttring Incs doesn't go in line, the reason why giving him a like didn't fit at all.

@ Malak Azaria: Whut ? I said making ISK and destroying ISK are two seperate things, not that Incusrions do not generate ISK or much ISK, not sure how this could be misunderstood in what you quoted.
