Launcher stuck on downloading updates.

First time it got stuck when 700MB or so is downloaded, then I deleted the downloaded patch and start again, now it is stuck on 962.92MB. I don't have fast connection that can download 1GB in a blink so this is really frustrating. Is there something that I can do to fix this? And no it is not downloading slowly, disk is also not busy, it just stopped downloading, waited for hours and the bar didn't move at all.

Thanks but I think I found another way, I just start the repair tool and it is now downloading the patch without the launcher. Let's hope this works.
