Supercapitals and Insurance?

I remember hearing rumors in the past that you could petition a GM to move an SC or Titan into a station so you could purchase insurance for the vessel.

Is this true? If so how would one go about it?

On occasion there's a bug with the rigs where you can petition to have your supercap moved a station where you can then purchase insurance.

But its not allowed, IIRC CCP monitors all of your actions while you are in station and will punish you severely.

XD That'd be loverly, but I was talking more, allowing to be docked in a station in the system you're in. *shrug* suppose it's worth asking a GM since I'm not seeing a certain and clear response here.
