Do you want to fly missions or anchoring a POS?
If it is for a POS, you should check out the patch notes for the incoming update...

I cant See that it has Amy inflict on ejere you Can Place a pos.
It only have inflict on hos many producieng in a system, or am I wrong?

ASorry but this makes no sense, (understand your probably not english but cant even decifer lol)

But as of 22nd you WILL NOT need faction standings for anchoring of poses, and it will not have any bearing on anything industrial.
Faction standings will help with getting missions for the relevant corps and also for faction warfare (only to a point)
But for industry / pos anchoring they become pointless in 2/3 days
