Hello again, MD! Can you hear that thunder in the distance? Yep, there is a storm coming. Crius comes out in 3 days. Capsuleers all across the galaxy are getting their adult diapers and packs of Dr. Pepper ready. I am looking to come out on top when the dust settles, but I could use your help.

I would like a 1.5B ISK loan to boost my raw material buying power. There are one or two BPOs I have been eyeing, as well. Are in you interested in being an investor in my third public loan, “Goat 3?” You will earn 12% interest per month, and previous investors get an extra 0.5% on top of that. I look forward to answering any questions you have and entering the industrial revolution with you as my supporter.

Purpose of Loan
Purchasing materials for T1/T2 production (buying more stock mats at a time).
Purchasing a few BPOs (maybe, if the math checks out).

Default Prevention
In the event of a cataclysm, loan principal will be repaid by liquidating some of the following from my warehouse (I keep at least 3-5B worth of these at all times):

Debt Expansion
I will not take out any more uncollateralized debt until this loan is repaid. However, the changes to copy times and building-from-copies in Crius may give me the chance to use some of my BPOs as collateral in a separate loan. If this turns out to be the case, there is a chance I will take out another 500M - 1B low-interest, collateralized debt in addition to this offering, if I see a good business reason to do so.

About Me
I have made most of my fortune in EVE by building things. I started off a humble miner like so many before me, until I began my T1 manufacturing empire. Margins were thin. Times were tough. Eventually, I made enough to train for T2 production, and the rest is history.

My net worth is now 21B, most of which is tied up in material stockpiles, inventory, and BPOs. 4.4B of that is from PLEX. My plan is to buy more PLEX over time until I have purchased at least 6 total in order to remove this artificial boost to my NAV.

Some long-term goals I have include seeding lowsec / nullsec stations, investing some of my capital into trading, and, of course, acquiring every BPO in the game.

My balance fluctuates and drops low often. I tend to immediately reinvest profits into more materials as I work towards reaching higher stockpile levels. This is where 1.5B will come in handy, by accelerating the process of putting up larger batches of new products on the market.

Alt Status and API Requests
If it isn’t obvious, this is indeed an alt! A very old one. In fact, she is so old, she was originally made with those awesome see-through Gallente shirts. xD

I would prefer not to hand out API keys. I hope that the voluminous amount of information in my previous loan threads and my posting history are enough to prove that I am who I say I am. That being said, I might be willing to make an exception in some cases and provide a limited API key to this character, my main, or both, as requested.

Update from the front lines of the Crius massacre:

So it's C-DAY + 1, and holy hell, this update is even crazier than I expected.

I spent all day yesterday redesigning my spreadsheet to deal with the new changes. I have made some significant strides forward, but I am still a ways out from having a usable industry calculator. My Material Cost Calculator is frozen and unresponsive in the background as I type this, due to exceeding complexity limits. Scratch that. It literally just loaded up after about 25 minutes. Clearly, I will need to redesign that from scratch to deal with how many new calculations are introduced by Crius. My plan is to split my calculations into as many individual sheets as possible and use data import and export to move critical values between them when necessary.

One thing I realized when trying to figure out the new job cost system is that installation costs are directly tied to the base cost of the item, which I found rather odd. The old system used job duration. What this means is that having a POS does very little to reduce your installation costs. You save the 10% NPC station tax, but you pay the same fee no matter how much faster your job takes in a starbase assembly array.

I also see that CCP scrapped the idea of stacking bonuses on starbase structures, which explains a lot of things I have seen on the markets. Advanced Mobile Laboratory's, now called Design Labs, have been selling below manufacturing prices for some time, likely as people realized they would only need one in Crius. The same applies to assembly arrays of all types. Without stacking bonuses or slot limits, there is little need for duplicate structures on a POS anymore.

On the spreadsheet side of things, I am on the cusp of an extremely powerful breakthrough in design. My new system will include a complete base material database for every buildable item in the game. If I can couple that with a complete market price database, I will have close to perfect knowledge of all profit margins in EVE. I can push it even further by designing a T2 decryptor calculator that tracks the best decryptor to use for an item in current market conditions. One important thing I am still lacking is a database of build times for all items.

I do not have much to report yet in terms of profits in this new age. It is taking longer than expected to hammer out my spreadsheet issues, but the end result will be incredibly more powerful than anything I have used before. I have noticed some sharp changes in profit margins for particular items, which will definitely affect prices and shake up my usual list of products to focus on.
