Been about a year and half since I did WH stuff. Do all sleeper sites have neuting sleepers, including C1 sites? Thanks.

Yes, but it's very light in C1's.Shouldn't have to modify your fittings at all really. Neuting in WHs dosnt get bad until C3's, there you will need to build your ship around your cap if your soloing.

C1's and C2's don't have battleships, and unless you are trying to run them in a frigate you won't really notice the neuting from frigs and cruisers much. C3's do have battleships, and thats when you really start to notice the nueting.

There are some sites with 5 Neuting Cruisers. When all 5 neuts hit they can hurt until you can drop one or two of them. I have had my drake capped out twice by them. It is cap stable at 56%, and I am in a WH with a cataclysmic variable which gives a +25% to capacitor recharge and capacity.

Same here! Just did a c2 site with my harbinger, BS is hard to kill, and it does neut too. Was my first attempt to unkown space, so I must to improve myself! :)

Almost every combat site in C2 has BSs. Neuting is actually worse in C1 than C2. Sleepers in C2 mostly web you. And neuting in C1/C2 is really minimal.
