Setting up a pos in a wormhole

Looking to set up a Pos in a wormhole, pretty much solo

I have 4 alts, 3 accounts,
1 main pvp /pve (can fly tengu/loki)
1 scanner / hauler/ gas miner/ salvager
2 fully skilled miners

Just getting back into eve want my own space

Looking to solo in a c2/c3/c4

Questions:
Which class of wormhole should i be in?
What statics should i have
Should I buy a wormhole from the forums or scan one myself?
Can a tengu solo these sites?
And please give me some information on the Pos I should use and modules i should put up

Questions:
1) 3 or 4 - 2's are generally very occupied

4) 3 and below yes, c4 - dual box RR tengus << Tengus can solo c4 if you're willing to invest a little isk

Since you mention solo and mining I would suggest a c4 with c1 static. It will be a quiet system with only one exit more often than not and that one exit is easy to roll.

You want more than 1 scanning toon every one you have should be able to scan a wormhole sig
I would suggest joining a wormhole corp or a loose group in a wormhole
