I sent a petition about not getting a cerebral accelerator a week ago and still haven't got an answer. How long am I supposed to wait to get an item that loses its use every day I'm waiting. Eve support is not meeting my expectations.

They are trolling. Some petitions can take a while. If it is high priority it can be answered withing minutes. Most petitions take about a week or two to answer, depending on the level of relevant detail included in the petition.

If you are concerned, take this time to thoroughly review the aspects of your petition and/or ask about it on relevant parts of the forums.
