Hi anybody else having problems logging into eve online?

1/4 patch, Validating client, it does 1 then stops at 2/4 its never happened before and is a big pain in the ass!, are ccp fixing this?

Ive tried the fixing tool and it dont work, ive tried to launch it from the shortcut and from the exe in the folder nothing.

I take it thats why theres only 20,000 players on as people are having problems.

Ive sent a pertiton to ccp but god knows when that will get answered.

Has anybody got any ideas if I can do anything please?

- 20,000 players is regular mid-day summer Wednesday;
- Have you tried clearing the cache? (You can do it even from the launcher);
- Is some anti-virus program blocking the repair tool or your client? (Comodo can do that from my personal experience)
- Is your disk/partition where EVE is installed full?
_ Have you checked out a dedicated forum section for Issues & Workarounds?


Last option is to re-install from scratch;

Oh its getting there 3/4 now how do u clear the catch from the launcher?

I hate eve online its taken the game away from me because eve dont surport 64bit, Ive played the game for 3 years now all of a sudden I cant play it. ive tried everything possible.

So looks like me cancelling my subscription and either playing xrebirth or wait for Elite-dangous to come out and subscribe to that.

Its so damn annoying

I'm using Window 7/64 bit version and been able to play after making the transition from XP.
