just quick questions

seen people using small towers in c1 and c2 wormholes. so what can do with small tower?
i think about getting medium as starter but can small control tower be used for ship production ? heard that they are paper made and easily get torched .

my plan was to plant lsaa and sma for time of ship productiom and when is ready the lsaa would be removed. . after fitting ship sma also would be gone.. anyway what to do and what not to do.

You can be attacked anywhere and at any time while you are in W-space. This includes everything in W-space, such as your tower, POCOs, etc. There is no waiting 24 hours and no warning will be forthcoming about your tower being attacked.

If you have a small, and often a medium, people can and will shoot you just out of boredom. If it looks like you might be a juicy target, or a small corporation, many people will stick around to try to hit you again when the tower comes out of reinforcement mode.

Always anchor a large tower with lots of defenses, have at least two months worth of fuel on hand at all times, and have spare stront as well. The old Talocan website had a great storehouse of information that I believe is now maintained at http://wormholes.info

That will be where you want to start.

Can confirm. Burned down c1 smalls out of boredom when things were slow. Got a lot of PI out of one tower.

Depends how disposable you consider your base of operations but if you plan to stick around especially production stuff then anything other than large makes you relatively easy pickings.

in C1-4, use a large since you can actually defend it.
in a C5-6, any defenses are largely decorative so it's much less relevant.
