I actually expected to be reading a serious in-depth post as to why I shouldn't give CCP my money, I'm disappointed.

Although, it seems that you kept on giving CCP money though since you're here with what I assume is a new account, since you got yours banned over a month ago meaning this isn't a trial account any more.

Best of luck clearing your name though, but I'm afraid the general consensus for this type of matters is that if you had to take it to the forum to complain, you most likely did use some type of unwanted software.

What do you mean "the ban was for macroing"? Could you elaborate?

If you were the one pushing the buttons, there should be no issue with macroing.

Yes, all the time I've played I "pushed" the buttons by myself, not with automated programs.
One of my problems was getting banned(if CCP don't believe me and call me a liar, I'm partially ok with that) the other one is that support doesn't even read the ticket and post's generic answers after weeks of waiting.

OP can always ask for a full and open investigation by a GM so we can verify his statements, generally that's a good way to clear any (unfounded) allegations.
