PLEX for Hours and Customer Support acccess on website MISSING

(1) There has been a popup warning about "Contact Customer Support via our website" on the client the last couple days, but the link for "Customer Support" on www.eveonline.com is BROKEN.

How is someone with a hacked or inactive account supposed to contact Customer Support? A lot of folks don't HAVE multiple accounts after all and CAN'T petition from another account.


(2) PLEX for Hours link in account management DISAPPEARED when you started doing this "60 day trial key" junk. This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get an inactive account reactivated using an ingame PLEX SINCE YOU CAN'T PETITION DUE TO THE BROKEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINK.



When I petitioned about this broken stuff, I was told "this was by design" or some such.
Yet another "CCP doesn't bother to THINK about a change or how it SCREWS customers before cramming it down our throats" issue.

You CLAIM you are trying to improve communications, then you stick with the old "DON'T TALK ABOUT IMPORTANT CHANGES JUST INFLICT THEM" bullshit that has CAUSED you massive distrust and hate.
GET A ******* CLUE AND CHANGE before this type of thing sinks your company.
