For a golem what is best for missions, cruise or torps for lvl 4 missions, and if their is a fitting i can get please that would be AWESOME

Something like this works well. You can use torps for level 4 missions, but for the most part cruise missiles will perform better.

Highs:
Cruise Missile Launcher II
Cruise Missile Launcher II

id say some missions will be better for torps and some better for cruise. overall cruise is a better weapon system tho.

this is correct. it should also be noted that the third rigor is not much worse than a T2 flare while also much cheaper.

That depends on how many painters you're going to use per target and if you're going to use Fury ammo or not. If you'll use less painters and perhaps use fury you'll want 2 rigors. If you DO always use your painters then rigor+flare.
