I prefer focused toons, no wasted sp(ill accept a little of waste xp)
Please, toon must be able to use t2 guns or missiles(if a golem) and t2 tank with t2 rigs(im not that interested in t2 rigs)
Good name, no killrights, neg standing depends on the ammount, positive wallet
