Disclaimer: I don't know much about T3 ships, such as the Tengu.

The problem I have with BLOPS is that while its role is primarily covert transportation, it is the only ship its fleet that can't fit a covert cloak.. As the portal guy, warping cloaked with the rest of your ninja fleet is the goal, especially if things go south and you want to jump fleet out.

So, is there a T3 setup that can do everything a BO can do, plus a covert cloak.. maybe more?
