Login Issues - 13/07/2014

Good afternoon Capsuleers!

We're currently experiencing a few issues with logins to Tranquility.

Our operations team is working to resolve the problem that's causing them, and hopefully we should have things up and running and back to normal soon.

We have no current ETA when the issue might be resolved, but will keep you updated in this thread!

UPDATE - 15:55 - We're currently still looking at several issues with TQ - No ETA for a resolution at this time.
UPDATE - 16:25 - Still currently no ETA for a fix - We are working on troubleshooting.
UPDATE - 17:45 - Investigation into the login issues with Tranquility is still ongoing.
UPDATE - 18:45 - Issues with logins should now be resolved, and access to spaceships is restored!

can get in via the exe but not the launcher.

For those looking for a workaround to get in you can use the exefile.exe instead of the launcher.


Go to your eve installation, by default on Windows it should be something like
C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\BIN\exefile.exe

I like how the only real workaround for logging in \bin\exefile is given by Chribba (and another player above) in a thread you locked, and not by CCP.

Nope, just have to read the first page of this thread, and see the workarounds for it..

I edited my post as soon as I saw the above post, pal.

However you might want to update your OP rather than have players trawl through the responses to find a solution to log in to the game.

I hope you're gonna fix it quickly.


EDIT:
When i tried to launch Singularity launcher i get this: Singularity
When i proceeded with "Yes" option, the launcher opens and starts updating which is probably okay, but the server status is *Unknown* as the picture says: Singularity 2

The login works on steam, I posted the workaround myself.


If it is integrated with your steam account you have no Username or Password to enter as the launcher automatically takes that info from steam, and your steam account details don't work.
