I like the look of this ship..and there are no variations of it sadly.

Is it a good ship for PvP/PvE?

Love it, it's like an apocalypse, without the whole ship malarkey, just the guns, whats not to like.

It's a glass cannon that punches above it's weight, but fares poorly in brawls. It works well in PvE when used at range, and is especially useful in PvP for POS-bashing and the like.

I am not a fan for the same reason I am not a fan of the other Tier 3s.

They are glass cannons with no staying power. They hit hard, but are too easy to kill when caught.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

The best thing is, you can zoom in to the guns really, really close. Far closer then possible on an oversized battleship-model.

There's nothing better then looking at those gigantic cannons blasting away while cackling like a maniac. Pirate

I can see a pimped out Oracle and a pimped out Skiff doing lvl 4 missions together. Like some awkward married couple trying to get by and arguing all the way through the mission deadspace.

The Oracle is one of my favorite ships in the game. It's an outstanding long distance sniper. You get the right implants and the right fit, you'll be raining death from afar on everyone and get away with bloody murder as long as you pay attention and they don't have a bookmark close to yours. It can serve important rolls everywhere from WH space, to nullsec fleets, to lowsec piracy, and even empire games. I love it.

...and it looks really cool.

Try Maller. You can get even closer picture. With only one gun though ...

Nah, I just love seeing battleship-sized guns up close. My personal preference is using the second-to-largest large lasers: They have "Mega" in their name and have ******* three guns per turret. Quite simply, they're the best!

But sadly, only on an Oracle can you see them close enough to truly get a feeling how large and impressive those guns are. On an actual battleship, the larger model makes them seem tiny in comparison.
