Noticed some recent posts in other threads regarding bids tank, but was wondering if you were now in a position to complete the transaction regarding this character as per your offer?


EDIT: As per Character Bazaar rules the seller is free to choose at any time who to sell the character to. Even if a bid is already excepted, it's perfectly legal to sell it to someone else. ISD Ezwal.

As per ISD clarification a seller is not tied to waiting for a previous existing offer that is delayed or to consider a better offer of interest for a character.

As a result Atiko if you wish I would be willing to arrange transfer of this character as per your last satisfactory bid of 16.1b.
