What do we expect?

ArrowDread alts preferred Attention
ArrowEnough common sense or Google-fu-ness to play this game (read F1 and MOTD).
ArrowTeamSpeak 3 and Jabber with a working headset (must learn to eat on your own time).
ArrowEnough SP to fly our doctrines or be helpful in some way.
ArrowSpeaking of being helpful. You must be helpful.
ArrowWillingness to grow and not be terrible <---- Last but not least.
