Each isk value represent the Total Job Cost for 1 run of Antimatter Charge S.
The column is sorted by system cost index (...yes it is...)

As you can see, the system cost index sorting in itself is all bugged and stuff. But thats another bug report that I won't go into now.

No, my question here is the role of the two colors of the bar. As you can see, some bars are light blue only, others are light blue and dark blue.

The sorting by system cost index sorts by taking into acount the total value of both colors, like if both colors were part of a total of some sort. Yet, mousing over the total job cost for a facility 5% light blue and 95% dark blue (like the top of the list in the first screenshot) shows this : http://i.gyazo.com/d8cef03972cbb32a68f2fa9ab9566252_1.png

As you can see, the dark blue colored part of the bar is NOT taken into account.


My question is : What is it? What is the role of this dark blue bar? Is it a delta of some sort?
