Can't log in on SiSi, need help please.

I've tried sending in a support ticket but was re-routed to the forums. I saw the account reactivation is now automatically handled but I still can't connect as it says my account expired last year.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am having a similar problem.

I reactivated this account almost a month ago, and when I tried to log into Singularity it keeps saying I am unsubscribed. Normally I'd just assume I missed the update while I was unsubscribed however an alt I reactivated a few days ago can access Singularity no problem.

Any advice?

What to do if your account is not active / has a wrong password?
If your TQ account was active for longer than 36 hours and your Singularity account is still not activated / updated with the current password: Send an EVE-mail to CCP Habakuk.

I can't login to Singularity either, my launcher updated today but the server status says "UNKNOWN" and when i try to log in with my user and pw i get this:
