Anyone have a clue how to import overviews on Mavericks OS?

I cannot find any of the eve folders in any part of the finder anywhere. ;p

Going to the Finder, clicking on the "go" menu item while holding down the option key does not show the Library? Its normally hidden in there

Library
Application support
Eve Online

Once you find that, go into eve, save an overview with a silly name, then use the finder search function to find it. Its usually in

Library/Application support/Eve Online/p-drive/User/My Documents/Eve/Overview

Note that the Overview folder will not exist until you actually save an overview from the game, or you create it.

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work. In my Application support file there is no "Eve Online" and when I create the folders and export an existing overview nothing is created or moved that I can seem to find or access.

It lets me re-import the original so I know there is a folder, but I have no idea where exactly it is.

Overview settings will be exported to the file: P:\User\My Documents\EVE\Overview\meow1.xml

I dunno how to access this file string. :/

There are 2 librarys, one for the system and one for YOU, use the one in your folder named after the account name you login to the computer with

Okay this seems to be the problem then.. I don't have a Library that is visible in my user folder.

Greetings

If you have created an Overview and still cannot navigate to it, then use spotlight to search for the file.

Thats becasue its normally invisible. There is a trick to getting to it.

Be in the Finder
click on the "Go" menu
hold down the Option key

You should see Library pop up

easy way to find the folder is just save an overview(export) it tells you where its being saved too :)
