Stations: beyond the door ...

So, which door do i speak of? The one we have all walked to and wondered what is past it. In your personal quarters of course, the one with the dirty air in it. I was thinking to myself one day and its been like this for quite some time now, since we all got mega hyped about station walking, and let down so badly with the one room we received. So, i had some ideas about what CCP could put ... beyond the door.

I was thinking that we could put a precinct past it, one which may be a "solo experience" or even one where we could meet out fellow capsuleers in. In this area, we could find stuff we see on the right hand side of your display, ie, market (obviously), LP store, Bounty office, Insurance sales person, clothes shop, medic bay, repair shop, and the reprocessing plant. But i think CCP and their infinite wisdom, could put on the timecode bazaar, price checks, want and sell ads, char bazaar, and maybe some of the forum boards as like notice boards, as an example, a board for the recruitment forums, and maybe the council of stellar management?

I think the whole station walking experience would be vastly improved and become something we all expected when they announced it.

Can't really follow your train of thought ... but for the forseeable future, WiS is on the back burner.

CCP made a lot of mistakes leading up to it, and have been spending the last 18-24 months digging themselves out of it (by fixing systems that have been clunky and/or broken since day 1).

This isn't to say that they cannot or will not do something with it soon(tm) ...

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Eve: Into the third decade, is all there is to say about that.

That's when you can re-open the thread.

Until then, redundant.

I'm glad you are the authority for when someone should and shouldn't open or re-open a thread
No matter how much you scrub, how hot of water you use, you can't wash shame!

someone didn't get the hints, elbow jabs and humor, not to speak of the connections to accessible information. And I took so much care and effort into packing it as tightly as I could. As a courtesy to other forum users, please search to see if there is a thread already open on the topic you wish to discuss. If so, please place your comments there instead. Multiple threads on the same subject clutter up the forums needlessly, causing good feedback and ideas to be lost. Please keep discussions regarding a topic to a single thread.
