Depends how you go about it. There have been many small corps in npc null that have been impossible to remove thorns in the side of big powerblocks.

Just because it's lowsec doesn't mean someone can't control the space. Hey can't own it but they can still control it, people are almost always willing to accept income for allowing others to fly about and maybe be pew buddies. Although if they are Russian I couldn't tell you because all that I know I've met didn't act so nicely.

My only experiance with Russians is "kill it, just because kill it to kill it because. Kill it...... Just kill it , and with fire". The other experiance is they don't like to lose even a single isk, you kill or destroy a single peice of anything and they've already lost. Is why they stay docked if they aren't killing you in some bad sportsmanship kind of way.

They will insult you, then tell you they weren't talking to you just to call you self centered and insult you some more.

Sorry, pent up stuff I had to get out.

On a completely different tangent, I've got to say, I love the name of your corp. :)

my advise all i can give is you cant win a war against such numbers without gaining numbers yourself, EE/SYJ as they are in bed together make its anestimated 800+ man alliance to deal with.
i know us being a 70 man corp has managed to hold for 3 weeks now under massive pressure from their turncoat tactic to stay loyal to SYJ, but in saying that it proves no negotiation can ever be trusted with these people.
we fought for them, we stuck loyal to the cause, we made sure we were self sustained (no SRP here mate), we stood to protect their assets and SYJ's in aridia while EE turned their back on em for gate camps in ami.

all was lost and EE dumped us so SYJ could regain some kind of income as they had gotten so fat and lazy they lost theirs to another. even shamed by the newly formed BFS alliance who now holds half of their assets.

end result is we were branded spies, called dogs and dropped with no warning (brings a question: if we were spies why are we standing alone right now in our fight against them)

as far as fight just do what you do keep moving if they cant blob you or call PL as they scream in local everyday to us they just wont fight. we've held genisis for 3 weeks now lost 1 moon so far that 70 men vs 800+ worst part is even with these odds they are still calling for help. reinforced 3 towers lastnight all we got was an syj guy hop in system at the end and state "we calling PL on you" like we gonna wait round or something.

we have lived in gensis for 3 yrs and we are still here. ASSENTION gone, UA gone unpro is gone, WTFM8, gone only time will rid get of them they are destined to implode or screw the wrong person as they always do. PL will wake up a realise babysitting these fools will ruin their reputation aswell. also crying to N# and shooting other N# members is that even a tactic or just plain ignorance.

wait till the dust settles TIGERS will still be there and so will TAAG whether we own assets or not it just makes for more content, and EE/SJY are good for it.

lol just saw your post. But ... it has been 10 days since you were kicked. We started rf your **** 3 days ago. and you lost 2 moons. And most of the people you described that left the area were kicked by us.

Well between EE and SYJ we have well over 1300 members, most of the time we are 70 to 150 members active on a daily basis,
( this is not giving intel it is a fact that can easily be seen in local, if you care to roam in our controlled space).

TAAG was a valued member of our Alliance, yes they where warned about spies and continued to do nothing about it, so they where KICKED... TAAG leadership was well aware of this and did nothing, that being said there foot soldiers did not deserve that fate, as TAAG leadership failed to act.

As for dealing with Bigger Alliances like EE and SYJ, come fight us, we are always around, we are always ready to fight and we are always Easily Excited to react to what ever comes our way.

Well since this thread started hotdrops by EE are pretty much 0 and they are dropping members like flies, bigger entities are looking this way for good fights against EE and SYJ, thread success and bl killed a Nyx so far shame it wasn't EE's also flav you have my axe :)

Unless you have been hiding under an asteroid, everyone has a BAT PHONE, we have been dropped many times by others calling their bat phone line, because they could not handle a fight on there own... Yes we also have back up, this is EVE...

Our 1300 members are not fully focused on the 70 members of TAAG, you give yourself way to much credit to think that TAAG is that important of a corp to think that EE and SYJ is in an all out war with just you guys.

but back to the op.
if you want to fight a bigger entities try nano shield ships fast and small. Caracals work nice. Warp in at 40km start burning away, let the stupid one of the enemy herd follow you, pick that one off. And so on, work on getting them separated and work one one at the time, i would recommend frigs but with gate guns they don't work hat great.
But if you are in nano ships as soon as they escalate you should be able to burn away and warp off having none to small loses.

A batphone definitely helps.

If you don't have caps, then the only cap killmails that will be got is the other side's.

in lowsec its quite easy to deal with them.

1) you shoot the bait with kiters
2) wait for the hotdrop (will happen as soon it needs reps)
3) disengage and do something else

edit: don't forget gf in local
edit2: use cost effective ammo

What you cannot win by attrition you can stress by denial. There is a very simple principle in human nature you can exploit. People do not get angry from violence in a videogame. They get angry because of failure. They get fed up due to repetition. While syphon tactics aren't my cup of tea either, there are other ways to be a thorn in someones side. Constant declawing of a POS (so it requires reps) and smartbombing 'traffic control' come to find. Your mileage may vary depending on what you regard as the bottom level of a 'bigger entity'.

On the subject of hotdrops: split up. If you are a small roaming gang, you shouldn't all clutter together on a gate. If you do want to gatecamp, gather intel. Watchlist the scouts of the bigger entities, and don't camp the same place for hours on end. Also, don't hate the fact the larger alliances deem you worthy of their attention. You could be running missions in hisec. If you get hotdropped by PL in lowsec instead, you still win at Eve. Just work on your intel game OP, you are doing allright. Use cheaper ships to get a feel for an area before you commit your shinies.

Simple tactic for attacking a larger entity:

Step 1: Find where bigger entity keeps their carebears and renters in AFK ishtars.
Step 2: Grab like 7 or 8 dudes in interceptors.
Step 3: Kill said ishtars.
Step 4: Repeat.

Another tactic:

1) Train up a few covert cyno alts. 2 Months of training so they can fit a cargo expanded covops with covert cyno and anchor giant secure containers/siphons.
2) Grab 2 siphons and a giant secure container and put it in your covops.
3) Find some dyspro moons or other high value targets.
4) Anchor the secure container at a safe in system.
5) Find the target tower, drop 2 siphons, bookmark their location, and make a bounce off the tower.
6) Warp to your bounce, warp to your siphons, empty the siphons, and warp off. With a bit of practice the entire process should take less than a minute, though guns might occasionally take a pot shot at you.
7) Store your goo in the secure container.
8) Once you have enough goo in the container, covert cyno and jump in a cargo fit blops. Should be able to hold over 1000m3. Load up the goo and light a covert cyno home.
9) Repeat.

This way, you can keep your main (the blops pilot) in your home system for activities while a bunch of neutral covert cyno alts stay in your target systems.

For about 10-15 minutes of work/day I kept 3 towers fully siphoned at any given time for quite a bit of time using this method. Made about 300 mil/day in profit after expenses such as fuel, siphons, etc. Did this for a month and a half and then got bored.

You need at least 2 accounts to do this (a blops account + account with at least 2 covert cynos, one in your target system and one in your home system.) Obviously it scales pretty linearly with amount of covert cynos. More alts/more friends with neutral covert cynos, more towers you can keep siphoned for a minimum of effort per day.
