How exactly are the free 2 mil SP given out?

Do I get it on all characters on 1 account, or just on the character that participate?

Are new accounts not eligible? SiSi says my account/pw are invalid

Any specific character that participated in the mass test gets 2 million unallocated SP. And only that character. Also, any character can get SP as long as they attend the test, there is no age limit or such.

So if I log onto SiSi and participate, and transfer my character to another account immediately after, I will still get the 2 mil SP?

EDIT: Also, I'm trying to log a new account into SiSi, but it won't let me. My older accounts works fine

That's because your newer account may be newer then the mirror on SiSi. You may have to wait until the next mirror is taken before your newer account starts to exist on the test server.
