T2 elutriation discharge rigs will reduce laser capacitor consumption by 25% each. A pair of them basically gives you back the standard reduction that most Amarrian ships waste a ship bonus on (and you may not even need the full reduction).

They're one of my favorite modules. Look into it. -- you may like them too.

^this, don't even need t2 ones if you don't have the coin. these rigs will answer most laser boat cap issues.

lows: a DC II, 2 or 3 EANM IIs or 3 or 2 HeatSink IIs (depending how much tank and gank you want, and a 1600 plate.

mids: depending on skills cap recharger IIs will help you with cap issues, but basically a cap booster isn't practical in a WH since it's just added work to get the charges in since sleepers don't drop them. then fill the rest with w/e u want; TC IIs, SB II, or even a prop mod or two.

highs: full rack of t2 mega pulses with scorch

No, youre looking at this wrong.
Sleepers neut, cap stability is irrelevant.

You want to be using a navy geddon.
Fit it like this:

Quote:
[Armageddon Navy Issue, PVE]
Damage Control II
Imperial Navy Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane
Centum C-Type Energized Magnetic Membrane
Centum C-Type Energized Reactive Membrane
1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I

Its stable in a cap chain but you'll still cap out over time if the sleepers neut you.
If youre using a carrier to escalate/rep, the dual plate is recommended.
(Not strictly mandatory but ive certainly seen single plated geddons pop in cap escalated sites.)
if youre not cap escalating, drop a plate for a 3rd heat sink.
In any case, make sure your logi can cap transfer to the DPS ships.

The neuting is a problem the fleet as a whole needs to tackle and if hes going to fly something like this he needs someone to cap chain with.

You should go ask your corp/friends what your plan is and build your fit around that.

Our biggest problem with cap 800's in the wormhole is when we forgot that each run of the BPO was not one cap booster. So we ended up with 20K of the fricking things and it clogged up our array.

Oh, yeah. Thats right. You can build stuff in wormholes! (aside from customs office gantries because CCP hates wormhole dwellers)
