Singularity says acount expired?

Hi there

So as a new member of EVE looking into Industry, I figured I'd try out the test server (Singularity)... buuut it won't let me in, saying that my account has expired and that I need to subscribe, this of course isn't the case and I've had no trouble signing into Tranq.

I wrote a ticket to CCP and they replied with what can only be reduced to an "oh well".. but they referred me here so here I am.

Idk if my account needs to be deactivated and reactivated or what but I do know that nothing more can be done on my end..

Someone please help me
