Website that helps sort through the character bazaar...?

There was a website I used not too long ago that I was about to sort pilots by a certain ship (I remember Tengu and Macherial being 2 of the choices) and it would let you know the percent of relevant skills it had toward it.

Does anyone else know what I am talking about? I cannot find the link anywhere and can't remember the name of the site either.

I am fairly sure I am not crazy.. I remember using the site xD
