Welcome back, whoever you are.
There's probably been a lot of changes since you were gone.
Most importantly, ISK-doubling is now legit and a quick and easy way to get lots of money. Just ask around in Jita and I am sure you will find people willing to help.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.
